Q. How do I get started?

To participate in this online auction you will need to sign up.

1. Click on Sign In.
2. Click on New Bidder Registration
3. Following the instructions and once you complete the sign up, You will receive an email with a link requesting you to confirm your registration.
4. Once you confirm your registration, you are ready to bid.

Q. I have not received my confirmation email. It is over 30 minutes since I registered.

1. Check your spam list or junk mail folder.
2. All emails for this auction will be sent from auction@hanwi.com. To avoid the emails to be flagged as a SPAM, please add auction@hanwi.com to your safe email list.
3. If you still cannot find your confirmation email click here to contact us and we will confirm your registration.

Q. When and how do I pay for my items?

1. If you are the highest bidder when a board closes you will be contacted within 24 hours to make arrangements for payment and pick up.

1. If you had checked the "Remember me on this computer", you will not get the Sign In page unless you click on Logout.
